REFUND POLICY
If you have any reason for not being fully satisfied with our products please
contact us and we will either refund the full amount or send another shipment.
We would also prefer the unsatisfactory product to be returned at our expense
or where this is not possible, a description is given as to reason for dissatisfaction.
DELIVERY
The delivery of your products will be organised the day of your purchase, and
should be received by you within 2 - 4 business days
ONLINE SECURITY
When placing your order on our website, your credit card numbers are encrypted
using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
They are not held in clear text on any web site.
POSTAGE
Postage is included in the cost of the purchase for customers in Europe only. Please contact us if you wish to make a purchase outside of Europe.
